New Moon, New Story

Our identities are wrapped up in stories – the ones we tell, the ones we create, and the ones we rewrite and revise. There is a power in claiming and sharing one’s story.

In this workshop, we explore how yoga and writing mirror one another, and the meaning-making that can result from the practice of both. Through a creative writing exercise, we will honor the past, revel in our current realities, and manifest the dreams we have for our futures. This will be accompanied by a yoga sequence that focuses on unlocking our creativity and overcoming mental blocks, a reflection on the process, and an opportunity to share. No previous yoga or writing experience required.

SPECIAL PROGRAMS

Woman-Becoming: Healing and Empowerment through Women’s Circles

October 5th, 2019 – June 6th, 2020

First Saturday of the Month

6:00-9:00 pm

Woman-Becoming is a 9-month journey home to yourself. This program is a blend of feminine-flow yoga, personal development, self-love, community and healing circles. We will meet in circle monthly and explore a curriculum dedicated to the journey of re-becoming, re-learning, embracing again the lost teachings of the Feminine and sisterhood. Where we will reclaim and define what it is to be a woman standing in her truth and power. This program will be open to a limited number of women who are willing to dedicate themselves to showing up monthly to create a community for each other in support of personal growth and change.

There is no one like you out there; the world needs what only you have to offer. When you get clear on who you are in your unique brilliance, you come fully into alignment. This is a program designed to help you do that.

Woman-Becoming journey includes:

  • 9 monthly in-person women’s healing circles, with a dedicated group of women who show up once a month in support of one another

  • Gentle feminine-flow yoga classes designed specifically for women and reducing stress and anxiety. These classes will be modified for any level of ability. No experience needed

  • Monthly personalized mentoring check-ins

  • 2 rite of passage ceremonies

  • Woman-Becoming curriculum + supplemental support work

  • Un-Domesticate Yourself™ Playbook

  • Surprise goodies mailed to your door

  • Curated content specific to your cohort’s needs and interests

Healing Circles will be held the first Saturday of every month from 6 to 9 p.m. and will be led by Chris Keller, Woman’s Healing Circle leader and facilitator. Woman-Becoming begins Saturday, October 5th, 2019 and runs through June 6th, 2020. This program is open to ALL who are inspired by the Feminine and all her many expressions.

Application deadline is September 27, 2019. To register, apply or for more information on pricing go to www.circleofrenewal.com
