Barb Clint, President
Barb began her urban planning career at the Cleveland City Planning Commission. Her work has ranged from managing the city’s 5-year capital improvement planning process to involvement in public policy issues such as mortgage and insurance redlining; low income and historic tax credit development; and urban park and trail planning.  In 2001, Barb launched Clevelanders in Motion to inspire Clevelanders to move more, eat better and have fun along the way. She now manages the program from the YMCA of Greater Cleveland and views active transportation as a critical component of her work.  She is a member of the 2019 Sustainable Cleveland Transportation Action Committee; worked on the mid-September “Access for All” celebration at Progressive Field, including overseeing the 1100 Prospect Avenue window installation; has served on the Cleveland Bike Week and Bike to Work week planning committees for the past four years; and is working with ODOT along with a local team to plan the May 9, 10^th, 2011 Healthy Communities Active Transportation conference that will be held free of charge at the old Cleveland Playhouse.

Patrice Havreberg, Vice President
Patrice Havreberg has been on the Shore Board for approximately seven years. She has written articles and editorials on Shore for the original Observer Newspaper and the News Herald, and was active in keeping Shore open and viable. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Cleveland State University, and is now a certified Personal Trainer and Wellness and Nutrition Consultant.  Her background experience includes selling real estate, insurance, investments, volunteering with Ohio Public Interest Campaign, and conflict resolution in school transportation.  She gardens and helps the elderly, and is currently teaching exercise and becoming a Holistic Health Practitioner in Polarity Therapy and Quantum Reflex Analysis.

Kelley Sweeney, Secretary
Kelley Sweeney is the Assistant Director of Law for the City of Euclid. She has many responsibilities in her position which include prosecuting housing code violations, managing the city’s nuisance abatement program, representing the city in claims and lawsuits and assisting the police department in preparing search warrants on criminal matters. Kelley is Mayor Bill Cervenik’s appointee to the Shore Board of Trustees as the City’s representative.  Kelley brings with her experience in fundraising and event planning that she gained while serving as a volunteer with various other non-profit organizations in the Cleveland area.

Dana Heil
Dana Heil has worked in the area of Pastoral Ministry for more than 20 years at St. Christine Church and Our Lady of the Lake Church, both in Euclid, Ohio.  In her current position at Our Lady of the Lake, Mrs. Heil works in the area of Community Outreach and Social Justice.  Mrs. Heil’s past experience includes working with and serving as President of ISAC, the Interfaith Suburban Action Coalition, a church based community organization, and also serving as the District Chairperson for the Suburban East District of the Diocese of Cleveland.  In addition to the Shore Cultural Centre Board, Mrs. Heil also serves on the boards of B.R.I.D.G.E.S. (a group that promotes diversity within the community), the Euclid City Schools ABLE Advisory Committee, Euclid Collaborative, Pinnacle Academy Charter School and the Villa-Angela St. Joseph High School Advisory Board. 

Dale Hilton
Dale Hilton has managed The Cleveland Museum of Art’s (CMA) Distance Learning (DL) program since its inception in 1998 and was recently appointed to direct the CMA Teaching and Learning programs, including DL, Art To Go, and the Teacher Resource Center.  Ms. Hilton’s duties include programming the Teacher Resource Center, representing Teacher and School services to area schools and supervising Art To Go.  In Ms. Hilton’s 20 years on the museum staff she has served as an Instructor, created audio tours and publications and produced videoconference presentations.  She frequently represents the CMA at educational technology conferences around the country. She holds an M.A. in Art History from The University of Chicago and a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Kirsten Holzheimer Gail
Kirsten Holzheimer Gail is currently serving as Euclid City Council President after serving as Ward 1 Councilwoman for 10 years. Prior to her tenure on City Council, Kirsten served as the Executive Director of Euclid Community Concerns. Kirsten is a Faculty Field Advisor at the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University. Kirsten graduated from Kenyon College and earned a MSSA from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, CWRU. She is married, has 3 children, and has been actively involved in many community activities and organizations in her community.

Emily Ingalls
Emily Ingalls spent nearly 20 years in building management and construction.  She has an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Business, and has served on a number of boards, including Facing History and Ourselves, the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes, and Hospitality Program of Boston.  She teaches a class in Vocational Discernment at Trinity Cathedral, and does freelance financial management work.  Her interests include gardening, music, and community.  She currently resides in Euclid, OH.

Richard Lea
Richard Lea is Vice President of Operations at Euclid Hospital, a position that he’s held for 10 yrs. Prior to that he was the Regional Director of Rehabilitation and Pain Management for the Eastern Region of the Cleveland Clinic Health System (Euclid, Hillcrest, Huron and South Pointe hospitals). He is a Physical Therapist and practiced that for 25 years.  A graduate of Baldwin Wallace College and Cleveland State University, Richard is married and the father of five children.
