Custodian Overtime: $125 per hour (charged when events extend outside of building hours)
Set Up and Tear Down: $250 flat rate (otherwise set up and tear down is the renter's responsibility)
Additional Table Rental: $5 each // Additional Chair Rental: $1 each (tables and chairs included with party and meeting rooms)
Security: $40 per hour*
*Security guards required for any event which exceeds 100 people or where alcohol is served. Security guards may be required in other situations at the discretion of management company.
Security deposit will be returned 5 days after event as long as the room is in order.
No graduations, weddings, or wedding receptions are permitted.
No cooking is permitted.
Set up and tear down time should be included in rental time.
Photo ID required for a room rental.
Necessary permits must be obtained for events where alcohol will be served or sold.
